Project Management

We will act on your behalf as a project manager for all aspects of your project providing a seamless experience from design to construction to final delivery.

• Builder and tender analysis – we engage with our network of builders and contractors to obtain the best and most cost-effective construction rates to deliver on the best outcome.

• Design Management – we will respond and detail any requests for information raised from the builder or contractors. Maintaining overall design concepts(s) and confirming implementation of cost savings.

• Supplier Management – all required services such as Water, Sewer, Power, NBN, telephone will be established to ensure there are no delays in getting the property on the market. We will lead from the project inception with authority management allowing ample time for services installation and authority approval.

• Budget and cost management – Throughout the construction process we will maintain records of costs associated with the project and report this back to you.

• Project Hand Over – Upon finalisation of your project, a thorough inspection and defect report will be completed. We treat each project like our own.
