Here's my backstory: I'm from Sydney and I purchased 5 investment properties in Brisbane since 2015 and I purchased them unsighted. There was only one that I went for an inspection on the settlement date. My experience of this had been some good and bad despite all the professional reports that assisted me in making the right decision.
